SHOPPING INFORMATION

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer Registered Shipping on all of our shipments. Average transit time is between 3 to 7 business days.

Tracking information is made available 48 hours after shipment.

We offer different shipping methods which may vary depending on the delivery state. The shipping fee is always free for orders over 5000 INR.

These shipping estimates are based on transit days (business days) after the order has left the warehouse.

They’re also based on ideal transit conditions.  Factors such as apocalyptic weather or a delivery destination in a rural location may experience delivery times beyond the estimates.

Am Hardy uses Delhivery as shipping agency to best serve our Members. More than one shipping method is available for certain items. Please be aware that not all shipping methods are available for all items.

Shipping information is always approximate and may be based on information given to us by manufacturers and vendors/agency.

Orders placed via these shipping options are not guaranteed to be delivered within a certain time frame. Standard Ground is generally the least expensive option.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We don’t ship internationally yet, but we’re eager to get Joule to our international community members in the future. We will share updates here. At this time we only ship to addresses within India (all 29 states and 7 union territories, including 800+ Cities). We appreciate your interest in our products and are sad that we can’t provide our services worldwide; we hope to be able to in the future, though!  There’s currently no specific timeline, but we’ll be sure to make the proper announcement when the time comes.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Priority Mail takes an average of two to three days to arrive, according to the USPS. USPS only includes the time a package stays in transit in their estimations. Packages dropped off at a post office during business hours usually leave that day. Packages dropped off after hours may take an additional day.

Before your order is shipped, it must be processed. We ask that you allow 1-2 business days (not including weekends and holidays) for processing. This gives us time to make sure your items are picked and packed with care!

It takes 1-2 business days for processing, 3-7 business days to receive your product (domestic),

Estimated processing times do not apply during promotions and holidays. Please allow additional time for processing, shipping, and delivery of your order during these peak seasons, and be aware of any delays due to customs and the carrier service that may impact delivery times.

You can find the current status of the order on the bottom of your receipt. If you purchased a “pre-order”, you will find its scheduled ship date on the receipt. Shipping statuses include:

Acknowledged – Your order has been recognized, but not yet processed for shipment.

Pending – Your order is currently being processed and will ship very shortly.

Shipped – Your order has been fully processed and shipped. You will also find the date shipped, as well as tracking information, if available.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

    • Credit cards including American Express, MasterCard and Visa

    • COD (Cash on delivery)

  • Credit and Debit Cards
  • We currently accept any credit or debit card with a MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Rupay, American Express and Discover credit/debit cards.
  • Electronic Cards
  • Some electronic cards may work, but others may not.
  • Prepaid and Gift Cards
  • Prepaid cards and gift cards (any cards that are temporary and without your personal information) may or may not be accepted. Some prepaid card and gift card issuers allow you to register your card, typically through their website. In some cases, registering your card and entering your name and mailing address will cause the card to work. Information on how to register the card is usually listed on the back of the card or the packaging the card came in.
  • Overseas “Domestic Use Only” Cards
  • Some cards issued outside the United States marked for “domestic use only” or something similar probably won’t work because those types of cards are typically not connected to the international payment network and only work locally.
  • Maestro / Switch
  • Maestro is a debit card issued in various countries around the world.  Because different banks have implemented Maestro differently, not all Maestro cards will work for internet transactions.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes it is completely safe.

How do you know if a site is secure and it’s safe to buy from the website?

Before giving any information to a website, ensure that the site is secure. Look at the URL of the website. If it a small padlock symbol in the address bar (or elsewhere in your browser window) and a web address begins with “https” (the S stands for ‘secure’) instead of “http” it means the site is secured using an SSL Certificate.

You can rely on any website that is using SSL Certification for payment transactions. But Don’t forget to read return, cancellation and other policies before shopping online.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How do I place an Order?

Place your Order : Before placing a product in your shopping cart, Click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. Select size, quantity and choose the specification you want, then click the “ADD TO CART” button. You can access your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of your screen. Items added to the shopping cart are not reserved until you proceed to checkout.

Complete the Order Form : Please enter the required information such as Delivery Address, Quantity Type etc. Before clicking “Place Order”, please check your Order Details carefully. If you want to add a new Delivery Address, click ” Add a new address”. If you want to edit a current Delivery Address, click ‘Edit this address’.

Payment : After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page.

Do I need an account to place an order?

NUP! – you do not need to register for a account. No sign-up or login required, Just use the ‘Guest Checkout’ when placing your order. Easy.

However, creating an account enables you to:

  • TO KEEP TRACK OF YOUR ORDERS AND Store your details to save time during subsequent visits.

When you place your order, you can provide an email address for order confirmations so you can track your order.

  • Manage your addresses and personal preferences.
  • Receive collection updates and exclusive promotions from us.

How Can I Return a Product?

For Damaged items : We have a return policy with reverse pick up service if the product you receive is damaged and is informed to us through email within 24 hrs of delivery. In case of such returns we will refund the shipping cost. Don’t forget to Share pickup address, name as well as your mobile no in the mail.

Unliked items : We want you to love what you purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy, please visit your ‘my order’ page and click ‘return this item’. You may return items within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping fee for such products are non — refundable.
All returned products should be undamaged and in the same condition in which they were delivered

We aim to process all exchange items request within 5- 7 days of receiving and inspection of product.

Address alteration : In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

After order is being placed, customers may cancel their order from the same page only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

In case of cancellation, there is no credit refund given on the purchase amount, but you may exchange it for another product(s) of same or higher value by paying the remainder. We have an exchange policy if informed within 24 hrs of delivery. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for return/exchange of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may also opt for store credit to be added to your account against the returned order, which you can use to shop online, within the duration of validity of the store credit. The store credit can not be redeemed at any of the Am Hardy brick & mortar stores.
