We may revise and update our website conditions at any time and your continued usage of this website means you accept those changes. While AM HARDY aims to ensure that the information in this website is correct, sometimes errors do occur for which we apologize. Please refer back to these website terms & conditions of use from time to time so that you are aware of the revised and current terms and conditions.
The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
All prices, unless indicated otherwise are in Indian Rupees. By indicating user’s acceptance to purchase any product or service offered on the site, the user is obligated to complete such transactions. Users shall prohibit from indicating its acceptance to purchase products and services where it does not intend to complete such transactions.
In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. Am Hardy will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user.
All references to Rupee on this website are in Indian currency. Indian prices are different to International prices due to taxes/duties , and the laws of the countries they have been bought from. In cases of International shipping , prices may vary when logging into the site from different postal codes and locations. Prices are subject to change at any time , without any notifications. All rights to change prices are reserved by Am Hardy.
Prices of products available at retail outlets are only available within India. No product can be sold for Indian prices outside the country.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All of the products that are on the website are available with us as inventory and we would ship them out as soon as we get the order. However, since we use third party courier services for our deliveries, they may take more than 3-7 days time to execute the deliveries depending on your location. On dispatch we will send you a mail giving you the details of the courier service used.
Am Hardy is not responsible for any delay by the courier company. We deliver from Monday to Sunday .
Shipping costs are calculated based on cumulative weight of entire order and are different for domestic and international delivery.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number ) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.
Shipment/delivery time, of the order processing starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with Am Hardy. The shipment /delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by the vendor against each product. Am Hardy shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of Am Hardy.
The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Am Hardy reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Am Hardy has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
Delivery of orders would be done address specific not person specific.
Octroi charges may be levied on few destinations (mostly in Maharashtra) displayed on the site .These charges are not refundable and shall be borne by the customer. In the event of cancellation of the order the Octroi charges levied shall not be refunded.
All Duties and taxes for international shipping shall be borne by the customer. Am Hardy is not liable to pay any Duties or Taxes for International Shipping.
- Forward Delivery of the Products
- The Service Provider will pick up and deliver from regions within its Territory, the Merchant’s Products on any Business Day as required by the Merchant.
- The Service Provider will make 3 (three) attempts to deliver the Products to the Customers as per the information shared in the Manifest except where the address provided is wrong or in circumstance where the Customer cancels the order placed. In such circumstances, the Service Provider shall inform the Merchant of the same and initiate Returns within 24 hours of the same.
- Returns/RTO of the Products
Products which are not accepted by the Customer for any reason whatsoever will be returned to the Merchant at the location(s) as specified by the Merchant. The Merchant shall specify such location(s) for each and every Product in the manifest, which has the details of the Products that are being handed over for Forward Delivery.
- Reverse Pickups
- The Service Provider will make 2 (two) attempts to pick up the Products from the Customers at the location specified by the Merchant from the date of initiation of such request;
- The Service Provider shall seal the package provided by the Customer at the time of pickup in front of the customer. The sole responsibility of the contents of the packed consignment shall lie with the end Customer.
It is understood that at the time of delivering the Products in case of Forward Delivery, Returns and/ or Reverse Pickups, the Service Provider shall obtain the signature of the Customer or his representative on a document which is referred to as a Proof of Delivery (“POD“). The Service Provider will not bear any liability on the Product once the same has been delivered to the Customer. The Service Provider shall make available to the Merchant, any POD’s as maybe required by the Merchant if such request is raised within 15 (fifteen) days of the date of delivery of the Product. The Service Provider will be under no obligation to provide proof of delivery of the Products beyond such period.
Further, in the event the Merchant instructs the Service Provider to deliver a Product(s) to a Customer on a COD basis, the Service Provider will simultaneously with such delivery of the Product(s) to the Customer collect cash (only in Indian Rupees) of a value specified in the relevant invoice issued by the Merchant to the Customer. Such cash will be held by the Service Provider as a limited agent of the Merchant and in trust for the Merchant and will be transferred by Service Provider to the bank account designated by the Merchant within Seven (7) Business Days after the day of collection of the cash.
All products picked up by the Service Provider from the Customers will be returned to the Merchant at the location(s) as specified by the Merchant in the manifest uploaded by the Merchant at the time of initiation of such pickup. In case of non-acceptance of such Products by the Merchant except for reasons such as damage of the product where such damage is attributable solely to the Service Provider, the Service Provider reserves the right to levy suitable demurrage charges for extended storage of such products for any period exceeding 7 (seven) days from initiation of the return of products and up to 45 (Forty Five) days from such date.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Am Hardy acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email within 24 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a strict time period of one week, else Am Hardy will not be liable to accept the merchandise. In such cases, the customer will have to write in to email@example.com and a prompt response is guaranteed from our end. We will investigate the damage from our end and repair the merchandise in entirety.
ALL couriers of this nature will be borne by the customer themselves. Am Hardy will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.
In cases wherein due to usage of the merchandise, some part of the product is damaged, such as hardware – locks, studs, screws , buckles, straps, will only be repaired within a period of two weeks from the time of receipt of the merchandise after dispatch from our warehouse.
Please note, damaged products specific to repair will have to be couriered back to our warehouse wherein all costs will be borne by the customer themselves. Am Hardy will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.
Exchange Policy : We have an exchange policy if informed within 24 hrs of delivery. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for return/exchange of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Policy : We have a return policy with reverse pick up service if the product you receive is damaged and is informed to us through email within 24 hrs of delivery. Share pickup address, name as well as your mobile no in the mail.
In case of returns we will refund the shipping cost.

You may return items within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping fee for any product is non — refundable.
All returned products should be undamaged and in the same condition in which they were delivered
We aim to process all returns within 5- 7 days of receiving and inspection of product.

Returns pick-up & Processing : In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund will be processed through NET BANKING /PAYTM within 7 working days.
We Do not provide any refunds unless the product received by you is damaged.
After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
In case of cancellation, there is no credit refund given on the purchase amount, but you may exchange it for another product(s) of same or higher value by paying the remainder. You may also opt for store credit to be added to your account against the returned order, which you can use to shop online, within the duration of validity of the store credit. The store credit can not be redeemed at any of the Am Hardy brick & mortar stores.
COLOR VARIATIONS / WEAR & TEAR
Leather : Reproduction of colors is as accurate as possible, although please note, colors available at the stores may vary slightly from what is displayed on your monitor. Also, leather is a natural material and a slight variation is bound to appear in each item.
Fabric : Some products have digital printing on fabric on which slight variation might occur in different parts or patches. This is a general property of the fabric which cannot be controlled.
Hardware Color : Some of the products with metal hardware might tarnish or lose its shine over time due to weather conditions and usage. These are changes which occur due to the varied use and handling of the product by the customer and cannot be held against the manufacturers.
Defects and Scratches : All Am Hardy products are hand crafted , hence no two products are identical in their absolute measurements. There might be a slight change, but minimal to the eye which therefore would not change the essence of the design.
Scratches and Marks: Scratches and marks on the leather surface are a part of the characteristics of the material. They do not qualify as defects. This can happen due to use over a period of time which enhances the look and feel of the product, adding to its vintage appeal. Some types of leather might have a slight patina on the surface due to usage and is the quality of the leather. Products are only designed seeing and keeping in mind all the above mentioned factors. Marks are common on leather as each skin is different to the other, as no two skins are the same. Please note, these are NOT considered as defects or rejects.
NOTE: Color variation cannot be subject to rejection of goods or merchandise.
All Am Hardy Products are dyed in Natural Vegetable Dyes, in accordance to International Standards.

Due to popularity or short interruption of supply, some items may be unavailable or out of stock. Also at present, only a selection of our goods are available for online orders. We intend to extend this in future to a much wider range. As our retail outlets vary in size, it is possible that not all items are displayed in all stores. Some items may require self assembly. It may be necessary to make changes to product specifications. We reserve the right to make these changes at any time and without notice.
